Change of Tides Print

There is a 30-day return policy for rolled prints only. If you're not happy with your rolled print, just send an email to traceyhacheydesign@gmail.com and I can help with the return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Before returning, I recommend packaging the print exactly as it was on arrival. This will minimize the likelihood of any damage in transit.

Return shipping fees will be paid by the collector. A refund will be issued as soon as your print arrives at my studio and I confirm it is damage-free. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
 

Once your order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation means we have added your order to our production schedule. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Local delivery to the South Shore area is available.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from me which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your tracking number, please contact us at traceyhacheydesign@gmail.com with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.
